Faster than Fast
When our friends Imagination approached us with a very tight brief and timeline to produce a game based installation for the Detroit Motor Show, we seized the opportunity like we do with any ambitious challenge.
Working with imagination’s creative team in the US and production team in the UK, we helped devise appropriate interactions and ultimately develop a fully networked multiplayer arcade style game for their client Ford.
20’000 play sessions
The end result of our condensed technical effort was a fully playable, bespoke racing game engine which featured a 4 player competitive arcade style game experience, a unique wobble board interface to control your car (a droplet of fuel). It registered over 20,000 play sessions across a few days and was deemed a success. Using Unity allowed us to create something pretty spectacular and engaging in a short time frame which had gloss and substance.
